I’ve had the privilege of training with Jaden and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jaden is a joy to train with! With his knowledge and encouragement, I was able to improve my strength and technique, which allowed me to lift heavier with confidence. Jaden is open about mental health struggles and provides a safe and supportive environment free of judgement. He is especially understanding of the needs and challenges faced by neurodivergent folk (things like mood, energy levels, focus). He also has that classic English dry sense of humour so sessions are never dull. 10/10 would recommend Jaden for all your training needs.

Jaden is an amazing trainer, he's such a great guy. He made me feel so comfortable and got the perfect balance of being supportive but also pushing me through to reach my goals. He spent time with me to get to know where I was, where I wanted to be and delivered a individualised plan to help me get there. With having ADHD Jaden made sure that sessions were adapted to my pace and needs. I can't recommend him enough.

Working with Coach Larker was an invaluable experience. Throughout our sessions he did an amazing job tailoring the program to accommodate not only my neurodivergence (ADHD and autistic) but also my hyper- mobility caused by EDS. In his coaching approach, he was extremely patient and understanding while also making sure I pushed myself enough to progress and even provided guidance when I was struggling with my mental health. He has helped me become a stronger and more resilient person, both physically and mentally and I wholeheartedly recommend him as a personal trainer to everyone , but especially to fellow neurodivergent individuals.
